Brenna George is a Winnipeg based artist who grew up in Victoria in the ’70s with a father who was a biologist. She spent most of her childhood outdoors hiking on beaches and making sculptural installations with plants, rocks, dirt and twigs. George studied at Emily Carr in Vancouver in the ’80s and since then has made art continuously for the past thirty plus years.
