Eena Angmarlik is a printmaker originally from Nunataa, NU, a camp in Nunavut. She is now based out of Panniqtuuq (Pangnirtung), NU. Angmarlik started drawing as a child and was able to take her artistic practice to a new level when she took part in a printmaking course at the Uqqurmiut Center for Arts & Crafts in Panniqtuuq in 2010. Angmarlik works with a number of mediums including stencil, linocut, watercolour, drypoint and etching. Her favoured subjects are shells and landscapes, as she finds inspiration in Panniqtuuq’s natural beauty.
