Shipping and Returns

Order Processing and Shipping Info

  • Online orders placed between Dec 23 and Jan 2 that require shipping will be processed on or after Jan 3.
  • All items are shipped within 3 business days of placing your order. When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Shipping is available to most destinations within Canada.

  • Heavier or breakable items such as large carvings or ceramics may require additional shipping charges. We will communicate any additional charges to you prior to shipping.
  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and its destination. Shipping rates do not include insurance.
  • Sales taxes are charged to Canadian shipping addresses by province and territory.

Members Discount

  • WAG Members, please enter your member ID number at check out to receive your discount.

Credit Cards and Currency

  • All pricing is shown in Canadian currency.
  • We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
  • Your credit card will be charged the day that you place your order.

Order Confirmation

  • You will receive an e-mail confirmation and order summary the date you place your order.
  • Please keep your Order Confirmation Number for purposes of order tracking.

Order Cancellation

  • Order cancellation will be accepted via email within 24 hours of initial placement of order.

Returns

  • We accept exchanges on items that are in original condition within 14 business days of receiving your order. Exchanges outside of this time will not be accepted. We do not offer refunds.
  • We only accept returns if we have been notified in advance by e-mail of your intention to return an item. Email shop@wag.ca
  • The item must be in original condition, accompanied by the sales receipt and shipped back to us prepaid in the original packaging. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • Carvings, original works of art, and breakable items must be shipped back with insurance prepaid.
  • We will not refund any shipping or insurance charges.
  • Earrings, Bodycare, and special order items are not returnable.
